SIX LAMBDA SYSTEM STATUS
Our API for the main application server went down this morning at 10:40AM and was down until 1:06PM Eastern Daylight Time (New York, USA). The issue was due to a series of coincidental errors starting with a misconfigured monitoring endpoint, and an issue with a changed version of one of our internal components with an incompatibility. We apologize for the outage and have taken steps to eliminate the errors in our systems.
Authentication tokens for our email systems encountered issues resulting in email failures on Monday, June 9. Emails resumed this morning at 9:14AM and will continue normally daily from now on.
We have reports of intermittent delays of email alerts and API delays. We are looking into the issue and hope to have an update in 24 hours.
When adding new employees to an employee list our systems are experiencing an issue with the employee lookup taking a long time. We are investigating this issue as of 10:19AM February 4, 2021. This is
