SIX LAMBDA SYSTEM STATUS
We have recently applied an update to our Federal data source which led to an increase in contributions which may have caused some emails to be flagged as possibly questionable by our systems; and so – you may not have seen a Daily Report email in your inbox. We are applying a fix this week to ensure emails are delivered in the future in this situation.
Our API for the main application server went down this morning at 10:40AM and was down until 1:06PM Eastern Daylight Time (New York, USA). The issue was due to a series of coincidental errors starting
Authentication tokens for our email systems encountered issues resulting in email failures on Monday, June 9. Emails resumed this morning at 9:14AM and will continue normally daily from now on.
We have reports of intermittent delays of email alerts and API delays. We are looking into the issue and hope to have an update in 24 hours.
