Currently, exports are experiencing issues when "All Time" is selected. We are working on the problem. As a workaround, try exporting a shorter period of time. Please email support@sixlambda.com if you need a special export.
Our API for the main application server went down this morning at 10:40AM and was down until 1:06PM Eastern Daylight Time (New York, USA). The issue was due to a series of coincidental errors starting
Authentication tokens for our email systems encountered issues resulting in email failures on Monday, June 9. Emails resumed this morning at 9:14AM and will continue normally daily from now on.
We have reports of intermittent delays of email alerts and API delays. We are looking into the issue and hope to have an update in 24 hours.
